Red Dog Casino Game

How to Play Red Dog

The cards are ranked such as in poker, based on the face value with the Ace being highest. The suit is not relevant. Once the bets are placed, the dealer places two cards in the centre of the table. The entire game centres around the relationship between these two cards.

There are three possibilities:

  1. The two cards are consecutive; like a 4 and a 5. In this case, the hand is a push and your wager is returned.
  2. If the two cards are a tie, a third card is dealt. If the third card is the exact same value as the two tied cards, the player wins at 11:1, otherwise, the hand is a push and your wager is returned.
  3. If the first two cards have a spread, such as a 4 and a 9, (spread is five), then the dealer announces the spread and a third card will be dealt. If the value of the third card falls between the first two, like a 6 in our example, the player will win a payout based on the Spread Charts. The Spread Charts vary from one casino to the next, so you need to check with the casino where you are playing.
